Refunds & Exchanges

At nahr, we want you to love your coastal pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • To begin a return, email us at nahrclothing@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for a different size or color (if in stock).
  • Items must meet the same return requirements: unworn, unwashed, original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back; we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your new item out.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, limited edition drops, and accessories (like stickers or phone charms) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at nahrclothing@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
